About Steve Suer, Laguna Construction & Builder President
Laguna Construction & Builder President Steve Suer, was born in Orange County, California and was raised in Rolling Hills, California. At age 19, he moved to Alaska where he began working on the Trans Alaskan pipeline for a sub-contractor of Arco at Prudhoe Bay, 250 miles above the Arctic Circle. Eventually he was promoted to a supervisor position and during the summers he would go to Anchorage to work for a general contractor.
After 8 years of working in Alaska, Steve moved back to Southern California where he continued working in the construction industry. Working under local general contractors, he built the first house in Laguna Beach that was destroyed by the fires of 1993. In addition, he built 13 other destroyed homes from the ground up during that period of time.
In 2000, Steve decided to open his own company and started Laguna Construction & Builder. Steve’s many years of experience as a contractor, particularly in Laguna Beach and Orange County, California, has helped him gain tremendous knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. Steve loves Orange County and plans to stay for many years to come.
In 2006, Steve received his Real Estate license from the state of California. He currently works through Team Laguna in Laguna Beach and Orange County, California as one of their real estate agents.
